The transom dormer style shed has a 7/12 roof pitch with transom windows installed into the roof allowing for additional light and an enhanced exterior design. Transom dormers come standard with 6 foot tall wall studs, a set of double doors, 2 windows, 2 gable vents and an aluminum diamond tread plate.

Placement of windows and doors are up to the homeowner. This shed standardly features either wood (Duratemp) or vinyl (GP D4 Dutchlap or Traditional lap) siding and Owens Corning Duration 30 year architectural shingle.
