Dutch Colonial
The Dutch Colonial style shed has barn shaped roof line with flared out ends.
Dutch Colonials come with 6′ 2″ tall wall studs, PVC fascia, 3 ½” PVC corners, 6″ overhangs on 4 sides, a set of double doors, (2) 24″ x 36″ windows, 2 round top gable vents, shutters or flower boxes, locking keyed handle, and an aluminum diamond treadplate.
The positioning of the doors and windows are customizable according to your needs. Standard siding options are wood (Duratemp) or vinyl (GP) but there are many other choices depending on your vision for your structure. Standard roofing is Owen’s Corning Duration shingle, but metal and cedar shake are also options.
